Yes — OBAShift is free to download and use. No credit card, no hidden fees.

The manager sends an invite link. Employees click it, register in seconds, and are automatically connected to the business — no manual setup required.

The manager sets a work location with a GPS radius (default 200m). When an employee taps Clock In, the app verifies they are physically within that radius. If not, clock-in is blocked automatically.

Yes. You can add multiple locations, each with its own GPS zone and employee assignments — all from one account.

Initial setup is done once: add your business name, define work locations, set working days and hours, and invite your team. After that, employees handle everything themselves — submitting availability, clocking in/out, and reporting — no ongoing management needed.
