ObaShift provides a mobile and web platform for businesses to create, manage, and communicate employee shift schedules. Features include scheduling, notifications, shift swaps, and hours tracking.

To use ObaShift, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ObaShift to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or share any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with the performance or security of the service

We strive to keep ObaShift available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

All content, design, code, and branding in ObaShift is the property of ObaShift and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

ObaShift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ObaShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Israel.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
